Karim founded Versatile in Calgary in 2016 and has over 10 years of experience providing accounting, taxation, and assurance services to owner-managed businesses, across manufacturing, consumer business, professional services, and not-for-profit. His focus is mid-size private entities that need integrated financial accounting, audit and reviews, corporate, personal, and trust tax, and consulting. A member of CPA Alberta, he reviews every file before it leaves the firm.

Chintan leads audit and review work at Versatile. Most audit and review engagement files move through her before going to Karim for partner review.

Mansi leads compilation and personal tax review at Versatile. She runs the first review on T1 and compilation files, handles client follow-up, and works across personal and corporate engagements before files reach Karim for partner sign-off.
